Something new

As cute as Jess and Jon were on our page I think it is time for something new.

We had a pretty normal week...pretty normal weekend so far too...not much to say.

Today Drew picked up Luke and went to a Mens thing at church and I met Jess at Wash Park, my time with her is always encouraging and full of good conversation. We laugh too :)

Drew just ran to get us a movie and we are going to stay in tonight and go to sleep early. Drew has infant duty tomorrow at the 9:30 service so we have to be there earlier than usual.

Since this post is kind of boring let me try and find a cute picture to add...

This is the VERY FIRST picture of Drew and I. We are at the Denver airport and he is just getting back from 3ish weeks in Thailand.

We had Jon and Jess over for dinner tonight :) I made a meal I had never made, and it actually tasted good! Jess brought a super yummy salad and we laughed and talked and played catch phrase ...


They are such a blessing to us.

Friday night

We had Pat, Rachel and little Xavier Jude over for dinner tonight. It was so fun to hang out and play with the little man...

Drew's very best friend

I was thinking..."If Drew blogged, what would he blog about???".

This is what I came up with. He loves this famly so much.

Nick and Drew have been friends since they were little and are as close as brothers. We have had so much fun having them in our life and miss them so much now that they have moved to Flordia. Nick is in the Airforce and we couldn't be more proud of him for serving our country, but we wish that him and his sweet family were still in Colorado :(

I stole some pictures from Abbie's blog to show you their newest little one...Gavin and just so you can see how stinkin' cute the whole family is. Not to mention how cute these scrapbook pages are... ( I hope you don't mind, Abbie:)

Sleepover

We had Ryan, Syd and Luke here Friday night for a sleepover :) It was a lot of fun, who knew a third floor balcony could be so very exciting! We threw army men off of it (they had parachutes:) , threw water balloons at Ryan down below (she volunteered:), blew bubbles, and just had a ton of fun going up and down all the stairs ?! And on top of all that fun we ate pizza, cookies and ice-cream, watched movies and made a few of our own...you gotta see these :) Over all, we just did A LOT of laughing!

August Birthday Weekend with the Fam...highlights

We traveld to, "The Good Life"...aka Nebraska :) At least thats what the signs say!

We got to play with our adorable neice and nephews...do a little belly rubbing (and sending female vibes) for our newest who will be here in FEB!

Easton James

Easton is not in the picture...but his Mommy, brother and sister are :) I don't have a picture of him yet because he was just born yesterday.

His mom, Jana, lives in Iowa where my sister does and she was the biggest source of encouragement to me while Kel was sick. I don't know how I could have gotten through those 5 months with out her faith and friendship.

She had a beautiful baby boy yesterday and named him Easton James McGraw :) Today he was put in Intensive Care. It is all very new and they know very little details, but I am asking you to pray for him, his mommy and their family.

I am not sure who (other than my mom:) reads this...but if you do, please keep Easton and Jana in your prayers.
